Same way as you normally clean solderpaste with flux
remover. Use stencil wiper soaked in the solvent and you
might need soft brushes to remove glue in stencil openings.
You will find easier than cleaning solderpaste from stencils.

I am implementing stencil printing glue at my company
and I have some
questions.
1. How do people clean the stencils?
2. Hand wipe with special solvent?
3. Use a standard stencil cleaner with a new solvent?
4. Something else?
