Our company is looking for information about temperature profilers for some SMT andwave
soldering lines.

Question: Is there anyone out there with experience with temperature profilers who
can offer any information on the pros andcons of the temperature profilers available,
especially such things as:

1) Accuracy
2) MTBF
3) Hardware ease of use (any issues?)
4) Software ease of use (any issues?)
5) Technical support (any issues?)
6) SPC capabilities
7) Overall performance and general satisfaction

We're pretty small potatos and I can't afford to make too many purchasing mistakes.
I would normally contact a list of customers provided by the vendor, but thought
I'd try my hand in a more open forum like IPC's Technet.

Thanks in advance!

Dennis
