We have been using Kester 244 no-clean solder paste on cards with Entek 56 and
106 OSP's for a couple
of years or so now, with no problems to date.

Subject: [TN] Entek Plus 106 and Kester no clean flux 951

Is anyone using Enthone, Entek plux 106 and Kester no
clean flux 951 (2% solid content) and solderpaste?
I'd like to get some inputs from users of Entek plux and no
clean flux/paste for smt/mixed boards.

Thanks
Matthew
