Hello, Peter.
We had some experimenting with laminating Rogers TMM, a couple of years
ago. Seemed to be useful, but the job was not fulfilled. We were in a
hurry and had to select other methods. However, duPont has foil
material for fusing TMM's and probably combinations of TMM and other
boards together. May take some time to find the papers.
As far as I remember, the tricky thing is what follows: to make
metallic vias. At least TMM require ugly etchants and processes which
are not popular in these times of environmental-kindly thinking.

Optiprint know a lot about this, you can call them also. You
will certainly get good respons from Rogers also. I had a delicate
question about TMM and I got an answer quicker than it takes you to say
'how much wood would Woody Woodpeck' pick if Woody Woodpeck' could peck
picked wood'.

                 Regards / Ingemar Hernefjord
