We are now in a status of learning how to assemble SMT components and
Dies (wirebonded) on flexible PCB's.

1. Are there any MIL and/or IPC stds. dealing with the issues above ?

2. Can any one provide us with information on procedures,design
guidlines
    and initial PCB requierements needed for assembly of those
components ?
