If I make a mistake in providing a service or
product to another entity, I consider myself
responsible for UP TO the full amount of what
they owe me for the product or service. If
our agreement was for $3200.00 and something
goes haywire, they can negotiate to not pay
me for a portion of (or all of) the $3200.00
but NO MORE. It doesn't matter if they were
hoping to make 32 million from it, and if you
have customers who think differently you should
resolve it before you accept work from them.

onward thru the fog, Jack
