Hi Steve,
Both NAS Electronics [718-961-6757] and North Penn Technology [215-997-3200]
have a wide variety of add-on leads. Be careful, however; from your query I
assume that you are talking about ceramic LCCs on FR-4 PCBs and therefore a
large global thermal expansion mismatch. If this is the case, make sure the
lead design gives a low enough lead stiffness to meet your reliability
requirements. While neither NAS nor North Penn supply the lead stiffness
value on their data sheets (at least the last time I looked), I do know that
they have them and supply them on request. Also make sure that you are
comfortable with the lead material and any overplates on them.
