Caution!  RO-4003 has no UL94V-O flammability rating.  It can be fabricated using standard PCB
processes.  It can be laminated with FR4 prepreg using standard cycles; however, the prepreg has
different electrical properties which you will have to design around.  I don't know of an adhesive that
can be used which matches the properties of the substrate (before or after lamination).  Rogers warns
that this material is prone to staining through standard processing and that the stains are merely
cosmetic.  If they bother you, don't use it.  Another Rogers product WITH a UL94V-O Flammability
Rating is their RO 4350, which processes the same and has comparable (but not quite as good)
properties.  Some adjustment may be necessary in the conveyor speed of the IR Fusing process
(only applies to tin-lead plated PCBs).  Rogers has a very informative WEB page at
