Sam;

I am replying to your TechNet request for information on bare board testers.
Our company, Infinite Graphics (Minneapolis MN) has a full funcitonal
netlist extraction software package.
This software package generates netlists from Gerber and drill files. The
software eliminates the use of self learned or "GOLDEN BOARD" method, thus
guaranteeing 100% consistency with the actual CAD data used to mfg. the
board. The software automatically reads the gerber data, thus eliminates
the manual process of typing in aperture lists (and making typing errors).

Outputs to major test fixture packages, including ATG, Integritest, Probot,
Circuitest, IPC-356, and others. The package also outputs files to EPC
repair stations. It handles blind and buried vias, generates inner layer
netlist, and outputs verification data bases.

The software runs on PC's, SUN, HP, and IBM RS6000 workstations.

If interested, call me at 612-728-1314
Good luck
