Hello,

George Harman gives a class at ISHM (and other places I imagine).  He
basically covers the information in his book "Wire Bonding in
Microelectronics - Materials, Processes, Reliability, and Yield".  This is
a one day class, so it does not get too involved.  It is assumed that you
know what a wire bonder and wedge / capillary are.

The book is from McGraw-Hill, ISBN 0-07-032619-3.  You can call IMAPS
(phone # ???) to get a course description, etc.

Hello Technet,

        Does anybody know of a good course/seminar on wire bonding?  I'm
looking for
something intensive (2-3 days max.) emphasizing the practical/applications
side of wire bonding.  Any recommendations would be appreciated.
