There are also a large number of products containing d-limonene - the
solvent found in citrus fruit peels - which are very useful in dissolving
tape residues without being chlorinated solvent-based.

Many products were launched in the past years.
You could try the new 3M line of products called HFE.
This may answer to all your needs except price...
