Gary,

In response to your question:

1) We are doing 100% inspection where time permits.  We inspect all the
specified sites on the board unless the inspection becomes a bottleneck.
Then we use time as the gate.

2) We inspect only fine pitch and BGA pads.  for BGAs we do not use the
bottleneck time-out rule.  If we have pads which have historically been a
problem then we will inspect them as well.

3) We use the SPC format supplied with our machine.

4) Our pass/fail friteria for height is  +2mil/-1.5mil
