All ,
            If you can't punch the tooling holes after the photresist is
     applied .......... Try placing Spray Masks ("kwicke Dots") over the
     holes prior to applying the photoresist .  Remove masks and
     photoresist using exacto knife . It's a lot more work , but if you
     have no other choice give it a try.
