We have a project for a study on costs / Technology involved

We shall compare a dense multilayer in traditionnal technology

with

The same Designed for Buried Capacitance

with

The same Designed for Laser vias

with

The same combining Buried Capacitance + Laser vias.

Did someone run such a study already ? If yes, is it available ?

Any suggestions ?
