Dhawan, I can begin with a suggestion that you get IPC EXPO '97
PROCEEDINGS (Two papers on scoring were presented: Mark Simmons & Phil
Altomare did one and myself & Ron Murdock did the other.)

V-scoring is an effective method of panelizing boards.  I would suggest
a web of 25% of the overall thickness of the PCB for starters.  If the
board is small (?less than 2x2"-3"x3"?) go for 20% or slightly less.

If your rail is small, use the 20% or less web for that line only.
Also, webs can be made quite small and still be stable with the use of
'JUMP' or '4-AXIS' scoring.
