Simple water wash, perhaps long soaking, with a little Sodium Bicarb, to
insure pH neutrality, is far and away the best.

If you use Bicarb, you may wanna give em a good deionized water final rinse,
to get rid of any Bicarb traces, and maybe even a good wash to get rid of any
Tin/Lead oxides picked up in the process to get rid of the EG.

Biggest problem here will not be EG, and residues, but oxides picked up in
cleaning process.
