Hi,

A couple of months ago, I asked if any one knew any specification for labels
that are put on ICs. Although some people were interested in the same
question, I did not get any answer. Since I could not find anything in the
specs, I designed my own series of tests to qualify these labels. So if any
one is interested to know what tests I used, contact me off-line and I will
share that with you.
