We experienced some staining on the gold tips after the job passed
through the OSP finishing. These are what happened:
* Before going into OSP line, the gold tips looked perfectly normal.
* After OSP, the first tip among the tips row was reddish in color,
but all the other tips were OK.
* The gold and nickel thickness were well within the sprcification.
* The staining did not happened on other jobs.
* The particular tip connection was intentionally cut off, then the
board was run through OSP again. The same thing happened. This
indicated that it wasn't any electrochemical effect.
Can somebody give me some clue about this problem.
