Does anyone use electronic forms for Engineering Change Request and/or
Engineering Change Orders? If so, what software is being used (Excel,
Word, other)? And, are the forms integrated into other computerized
documentation procedures?
The documentation and/or configuration management operation here is in
its infancy and input from the experience of readers in this Forum would
be appreciated. Of particular interest would be the ECR/ECO forms
themselves. This is a small-size company building its own first product
line, soon to pass the prototype build and get into production runs.
Thanks in advance for your helpfulness.
