I have had a little difficulty converting all libraries to Accel. the
'new' v13 EDA is far from perfect, but PCAD has been a burr under my
saddle for too long. Let it die the death it deserved long ago.

Ecch. DOS programs. Ugly, flickering screens. Hassle after hassle. PCAD
always sucked and still does.
