Wish it were THAT simple. There's a few details left out, like
footnote codes, links, etc! BUT, *.hlp almost always are help
files; but you may not be able to read them if you don't have the
right system. That is, win3.1 won't read a .hlp file written for
Win95, and I think WinNT are different, also. The .hlp files are
are not backwards compatible. That is, Win95 will read a Win3.1 help file, but
not vis-versa).
