JoAnn,
        Can you set your artwork format to 2.4 instead of 2.3
before  you generate your artwork?  This is what I've done in
my software packages (Cadence & Mentor).

Automatic offset specified will center board artwork on film sheet
Distance from film(0,0) to board origin is(x,y):    4.000000 ,   4.000000
Panel artwork offset is(0 ,0).
Photoplotter command block end char is   '*'
Photoplotter machine stop code is   'M02'
