Check with NAS Electronics (718) 961-6757. They have a huge variety of
J-Lead, Gull wing Lead and thru-hole Leads which feature a patented
solder-bearing termination which only needs to be reflowed on your pad
pattern. They are used on hybrid boards to be assembled as an IC
package. Variations in solder bearing reflow temperatures allow
customization to your standard reflow process without the secondary
reflow of your custom hybrid. I strongly recommend this source!!!
