Not to be a wise guy-but have you thought of not putting the film there to
begin with? or how about drilling the tooling holes in after resist
lamination? Are you referring to inner layers or Rigid panels?. Is it
possible to locate the tooling holes outside of the film area or change the
size of the resist? Just a few ideas to get the ol' wheels turning.
