Can you give me more information on the crack that you experiencing?
I am currently experienced the crack on the ceramic capacitors on both 1206
and 0805 components.  The supplier of the part is AVX.  The crack on the 0805
is like an explosion originate from the center of the part.  The crack on the
1206 is like someone sliced with a knife.   We observed the problem right
after 2nd side reflow(top side).   I am trying to determine the root cause of
this issue.  So far, everything I look at point toward the material.  Perhaps
with your information, we can determine the root cause(s).  If you can help
answer the following questions:
1. Who is the vendor?
2. Where did you observe the cracked capacitors?
3. What are the characteristics of the cracks?
4. What tests you have done to determine the root cause?
5. What size board that you experience the crack?  My PCB is 16x18
