It is peoples' experience--good and bad--with products, that help us separate
the facts from the hype. While, of course, the experience at one location may
be dainted by some local problem, having multiple locations report similar
experiences shows that their is a problem with a product or process that may
be fundamental or simply in the difficulty of doing it right.
So, please keep your experiences--good or bad--coming; how else are we to
learn.
