Lainie,
How old are your boards?  Is your plant air conditioned?  Boards from
good suppliers should not need to be heated, even after a year in an air
conditioned plant.  You did not say if your in-line cleaner was aqueous
or solvent based.  Either way, if these are new FR-4 boards I would not
expect that you would have to bake them.
