I am looking for a testing Lab that can perform failure analyses on PCA   
components.  The component I am currently interested in having analyzed   
is a 160 pin Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA).  I am interested in   
failure modes such as voltage spikes, ESD, etc.

I would appreciate any information regarding a lab anyone may know about,   
or have used.
