Hi TechNet -

There was some good information on BGA and gold interactions presented at
the IPC Surface Finishes conference several weeks back - contact Jack
Crawford at IPC for more information. There is also a small (well, it was a
small group) group looking at the question of gold and BGA interaction
being lead by Bruce Houghton of Celestica - give him a call at 416-448-5701
