Hello all,

Does any one have a suggestion as to how to remove a "crystalised" flux that
leaves a white powder on the board and on the solder joints after the wave ?
The board has to stay for a very long time in the wave because it is huge
(220 mils thick) and has a big connector that dissipates all the heat. The
flux is a water soluble high solid content OA flux (Alpha 651). Hot water,
even with some pressure, doesn't always do the job. Brushing the board with
water and soap works to some extent but I can't reach the connector pins.
Thank you.
