You can do one more thing that is to wash the boards you suspect
soldering problem in wave before going through wave soldering. In your
case, you said they could be solderd manually after washed, this telling
me some contamination issue, either grease or something else. If this
does not work out, probably you need to look at the orientation of the
wave flow. Good luck!
