We use CIBA RP140 Epoxy resin. This is a two part
liq/liq resin system and it's great. We buy it in 1 gallon
kits for $50.58. That makes a lot of mounts. It adheres
to both metallic surfaces and solder mask and board
materials. It is crystal clear.

The cure time is about 2 hours at 75C. We pull a vacuum
on all of our mounts to make certain all holes are filled
with resin.

We have been using this material for over 20 years. It used
to be known as Thermoset DC140, but was recently sold
to Ciba.

We buy the material from Meyer Plastics, Inc. They are
located here in Indianapolis. Try 1-800-968-4131.

I know this sounds like an advertisement, but I am not
connected with them in any way other than a very
satisfied customer
