I know a couple of sorces which you might be able to track down:
1. Bhabha atomic research centre had a unit to supplty isotopes and
purest form of metals.You may had more info if you can contact them.
2. Alphametal has centre in India (somewhere in bombay). Call toll free
1-800-748-2033 and ask for more info.
3. You may contact a manager in SPIC Electronics limited , Maramalai
nagar(near Madras)I Know their manager --Mr Sambhandhan but you may need
to call SPIC Madras or SPIC electronics MM Nagar.They know a good solder
analysing lab in Madras.
Similarly, You may contact somebody in BEL(Bharat Electronic limited) or
SSEPZ(Bombay) who might be able to help you.
