Hello,
Does anyone have a book you can recommend to a person (not skilled in
programming) that will guide in software programming contract
negotiations? My company uses the database built by Oracle. I run a
quality testing laboratory within the company which tests the
manufactured product. Currently the lab records are kept on paper.
The new software must save time on data entry, communicate with the
manufacturing computer over the server, and make reports to
manufacturing that measure their quality.
I had an initial consultation with a programming firm in Tempe. My
company has asked for guarantees that the package will provide
benefit. A book with ideas and language for the contact would help. If
you know of such a book please let me know. Thank you for reading
this.
Thanks
Richard Olsen
