I have asked several questions regarding plastic parts with good results,
but still have one issue.

Throughout IPC-SM-786A there is reference to baking out plastic parts at 40C
and <5%RH.

HOW?


Who has the equipment to bake under these conditions?   I assume you need a
special oven to keep the humidity low...  A regular oven running in a
standard ESD safe environment will not have such a low RH inside...
