Thank-you for replying however:

1       I am unclear as to whether you have a SIR tester or only the chamber?

2       Do you want to validate or characterise your process, as I outlined on the
TechNet last week; or do you want to characterise your materials?

3       Did you properly receive my transmission of last week? ( - if at first you
don't succeed try, try again - and then give up!)

I particularly recommend that you test your process by examing via SIR
testing, the synergistic effects between materials and processes.

Whilst standards do not yet exist to fully address these issues, releases are
expected in the near future. Any tests you run will yield data that may well
be of importance in their preparation, if you will share them with us?
