We had a similar size board for which we ordered ESD bins.
They're plastic (w/ ESD added agents), can handle a decent
amount of weight, and are adjustable (w/ regard to
thickness of populated boards) by adding ESD dividers.  If you can't
find a supplier, e-mail me directly and I'll give you my supplier.
