I agree with Doug.  The only thing I have to suggest is that IPC offers
some excellent seminars/tutorials on the topic.  One that I attended and
found especially helpful was a workshop entitled "HIGH SPEED DESIGN" -
given by Rick Hartley.

Some good reading, even with the hgh formula's is "HIGH SPEED DIGITAL
DESIGN - A Handbook of Black Magic" - Authors are H. Johnson & M.
Graham.
ISBN 0-13-395724-1 (Amazon.com has it)
