Hello,

I have no experience with the Electra LPI. I do know however that several
years ago Allen Bradley did a significant amount of solder mask testing of
masks in regards to solder balls. Falt Matte masks proved to be significantly
better than glossy masks. The Dexter SR8200R proved out to be the best of
all. There is now a newer version of this product (SR8020) that is much
easier to process than the SR8200R. These flat matte masks have filler added
to them and this results in much slower developing speeds.

Regards,
Chris McGary
