Techies....
     
     If all you want to do is the basic D.O.E. and have the results 
     calculated for you, there are ways other than dedicated D.O.E. 
     software.....
     
     Some years ago, after having attending a training course for D.O.E., 
     I rushed back to my desk and promptly created an Excel (no commercial 
     endorsement intended) spreadsheet that automatically calculated the 
     responses and determined any significant factors.  It was very basic, 
     did what we needed to do, and saved us a heap of money which I never 
     got a dime.  (Oh well, I'll settle for the recognition I guess)
     
     It all depends on your particular needs though.  We just wanted to do 
     some basic experiments.
