Hi Techneters,

Our pcb supplier told us that some cases the  innerlayer trace damages can
be
repaired using laser welding.

This will have reduce our  pcb costs, if accepted by us.

Question:
     1) Is this an acceptable procedure ?
     2) What are the long term effects as far as reliability is concerned ?
