Barbara Burcham ,

No, but I am interested.

What made you think you had a problem?
How did you detect it?
Where did you see the cracks?
Do they propagate with stress?
Only one PWB source, or many?
Only Polymide? GIN or GIL or what type poly?
Thickness? 8 layers in .032 or 8 layers in .125?

I use a lot of GIL (the 13949 desigination, not the company name) material,
and would like to look at my cross sections / product for what you are
seeing.
