I need a source for a spiral contractometer. This instrument measures
the stress level in the plating solution. >>

Randy,

As far as I can tell, the source for spiral contractometers now is:

Kameras Instruments
P.O. Box 399
Garrett Park, MD 20896
Phone 301-946-3210

True, the instruments used to be sold by Allied Kellite Division of Witco.
However, MacDermid purchased Allied Kellite in 1994 and some items in the
resale business were deleted. The former Allied Kelite technical people in
New Hudson, Michigan (1-810-437-1560) gave me the Kameras address for the
contractometers.

Doesn't the instrument actually measure the stress of electrolessly plated
metals to help with adhesion issues, etc.?
