IPC has a test board (IPC-A-28) which was developed by the IPC Designers
Council. The board is divided into 20 zones. Each zone contains a technology
of components wired together so that the zone may be easily electrically
tested for solder bridges. The board is available in its standard form of
mixed component zones, or may be customized to utilize specific components.
The land patterns currently comply with the IPC-SM-782 land patterns.
