Dear Technetters:

We are looking to outsource one of our PWAs to a local contract assembly
house. One of the important elements in our choice is whether the
company can consistently deliver a defect free assembly (we don't want
to be his final inspection). Is anyone familiar with doing a PWA process
capability study? What would be the measured characteristic, defects
(number, location, etc). Any help (not sales promotion) would be
appreciated. Thanks.
