We are using a fourteen leaded flat pack which looks exactly like figure
C-9, page 38, of J-STD-001. My question is, what are the off board spacing
requirements for this part and where are they stated? Our application is
per MIL-STD-2000A so I really need the Mil. requirement. I am concerned
about cleaning under the part if it is flush mounted. The picture, side
view, shows a space under the part but no dimensions.

Thanks in advance for all responses.
