In the Proceeding of NEPCON WEST'97, one paper "Instituting a No Clean
     Process with Alternative HASL Coatings in High Volume Production" was
     listed in the Table of Contents but the full paper was not available
     by the time the conference started. The authors were Russell Davis and
     Bjoern Brunner of Ford Motor Company. Does anyone know where I can get
     a copy of this paper?
