It would seem to me that for every ad posted on the technet, we get 50 flame responses, and for every job posting, we get 20 philisophical discussions of the technet constitution.

So - what is the real problem here?   Wait - don't answer that!

Good Lord! - now I AM PART OF THE PROBLEM!
