This is all I do. It presumes that the headre info is correct.  Of course of the
spamer has e-mail software as Mark Ross described to counter spam, then you can't...
But do look at the header and post to "abuse@provider" and "postmaster@provider".
Let the sys admin of the provider clean his own house.

If they have a "reply to xx to remove" I just do that. Otherwise I send this:
