I've asked this question a few months ago, but didn't get very many responses,
so, here it is again.

I'd like to know how some of you are meeting the solderability maintenance
paragraph (5.4) of J-STD-001.  The requirements states "The manufacturer must
ensure that all components,... are solderable at the start of hand and/or
machine soldering operations."

This seems especially difficult when the majority of parts are packaged on tape
and reel.

Any help will be appreciated.
